It would be nice to be able to have surveys sent from a particular email account that is different from the default "Outgoing Mail Account" for that location.
Scenario:
Jane Supervisor wants to follow-up on tickets via surveys. However, she would like the survey to feel more personal and be sent from her email address with her signature. This would also allow any replies (via email) to the survey to go to Jane Supervisor.
If this feature was implemented, an admin could add Jane Supervisor's account to the "Outgoing Mail Account" list. Then when creating a new survey, that account could be selected as an option for the "From" address.
