We currently have over 300 techs spanning 10 locations and approximately 150+ tech groups. It becomes a panful exercise to manage with the amount of scrolling involved. Current install is 12.8.3 - Build #12.8.3.2944-HF2
A few suggestions
On the General->License Tab
1. Ability to manage/view licenses by Location or Location Group.
2. A search facility. Granted, the CTRl+F on the page works, but an integrated option would be cleaner
On the Techs->Techs Tab
1. Ability to filter techs by location or tech groups
On the Techs-> Tech Groups Tab
1. Ability to search the groups by any portion of the name and not just by the beginning characters
2. Ability to filter by Group Manager or location
