When we moved to ESM, we created a new Service Provider to work from, as our old instance was a bit crowded by junk data from other departments.
Now that we're in ESM, we have this old instance along with our new Service Provider, and we don't have the ability to disable the old instance because it is the "primary" Service Provider. Because of this, when we installed the Teams App for SWSD, the old instance is still an option for people to create tickets via Teams. We cannot remove this as an option, because we do not have the ability to disable this Service Provider because it is the "primary" Service Provider.
When I emailed support to see if this is something they could do for us, they told me to open a feature request.
