What I think would really help the Web Help Desk is to duplicate the following buttons to the top of the ticket. Just to save time having to scroll all the way to the bottom to select an action.
I would also love to see the following action added.
When you add a Note and mark it as a solution, then save,
it should automatically change the status of the Ticket to "Completed"
Then all you would need to do is save...
Both of these options would just save some time and perhaps remove some duplicate actions that the Help-desk team would need to perform.
