We would like to submit a Feature Request to be able to edit the Incidents.
Being able to change the font or color of comments when closing tickets was the first request we had, but the ability to edit fields would be a huge game-changer.
There are the standard fields that populate incidents and Service Requests, having the ability to completely edit these would be amazing.
When we build out Service Request we have some ability but changing font size, color, and look of all fields would really allow us to create a better overall working environment.
This could be similar to the changes that the Portal View recently went through.
