Affected change - Tech Permissions - Ticket Permissions - Limit to Assigned Tech Groups
I would love to see this be changed from a view everything or view only your groups, to an exclusion rule.
View everything EXCEPT the following tech groups tickets.
We have several IT directors that would benefit from being able to see into a large swathe of tickets but have no need to be part of the tech group assigned to those tickets and receiving emails for ticket creation.
On the flip side, someone who needs visibility into programming and helpdesk tickets has no need to see Firewall tickets that, if we can secure, could have sensitive information attached.
If a user's ticket viewing permissions could be toggled as inclusive or exclusive, like the Reporting filters allow, that would be incredibly useful to me.
