We would like to see the ability to add canned Resolution Codes, ad hoc Comments, or Resolutions as an update record choice.
1. Currently, when we auto-close requests due to no open tasks, there is no resolution/resolution code added in the audit or main details. This would be helpful for the requester to understand why their request was closed other than "Closed by workflow" listed somewhere on the ticket.
2. Sometimes we would like to have canned comments for updates or passing back to another team added as part of the workflow so that while the tasks are being triggered in the back ground, the comment history can state "Team X completed their task" or "Manager declined approval" for visibility to end users who cannot see the process or audit tabs on tickets.
