We are bringing a handful of new service agent users into the platform and have been searching for a more granular global setting regarding the Incidents view. We know how to show other users how to set and change their view on the incidents page. but we want to set a standard, default view so when people launch SolarWinds, they see the standard setup we have set for them. For example, we want to have the "Created At (Timestamp)" column to be apart of this view. We want to be able to edit the default all view (add columns, move columns, etc.) for all service agent users so they have the default / standard that we have set & want users to have visibility into.
