With the March 20, 2022 release, the HOME button eliminated the option of using the DASHBOARD as the home page (even though the release notes say you can). Both as the system global setting and an end user. Per your support line, this needs to be entered as a feature request.
Please ADD the option to use the DASHBOARD as the Default Landing page and the Home button
Under system settings - Setup - Global Settings - Service Desk Settings - Default Landing Page
Under agent - My Account - Settings - Home page
