Last year an update was done removing the option to let someone approve through email.
This has been solved by returning the option.
Activating the option "In-Notification Direct Actions" under Global Settings -> Notification Settings enables this again.
However in change management when creating a change this option activates emails that cannot be changed in the email section.
Those emails do not contain the standard layout and are very different from all others. This causes confusion if you want to combine with extra notifications.
Users are getting a very simple layout on one creation and others layout on other steps.
Could you maybe built in an option to disable the email being send and also to be able to change the email layout in the notifications?
