Auto populating the values from Okta to SW Service Catalog.

Hi,

I am trying to add a field called "Reports to" which is pulling manager data from Okta SSO and it is a system field. I am trying to see a possibility if we can add this field in Solar Winds Service Catalog. Or can we create a custom field which allows to store values from other integrations. In this case, we are already pulling the data from Okta and storing these in SW, but we are unable to use these values in our Service catalogs.

Need your suggestions/ alternatives in this case.

Completely agree about allowing custom fields that store values from other integrations to be used in the incident forms or service catalog and have those values auto-populate like the 'Site' and 'Department' fields.
