Mark comments as read when clicking preview button

Currently, if there are unread comments on a ticket those comments will be marked as "read" if you hover over the preview button. (The blue speech bubble goes from blue - unread - to white - read.) However, if you click the preview button (which opens the side panel) instead of hovering, it does not mark the comments as "read."

This seems backwards, as hovering only shows the latest comment, while clicking shows a lot more.

After doing some testing, this behavior seems to be completely inconsistent. Sometimes comments are marked as read on hover, sometimes on click, sometimes not at all. This behavior just seems completely broken.

Hi @havens1515 we actually just had a deployment that should have resolved this issue. If you hover or click on the preview eye, it should clear the unread comments bubble. Let me know if you see it acting differently and we might want to open a support ticket to look more into it.
