I have two suggestions,
1. I am assigning a lot of tickets and when I pick on the Assigned To filed, it gives me a big list that I cannot customize. We are a small shop so I do not have an Applications Team, Facilities, Finance, or many other groups that seem to populate. I would like to be able to remove those groups that we do not use.

2. If we cannot customize that list, a minimal change that would really help, is to sort the list by the most frequently used. This way the technicians I use would be at the top.
