Today you can build Automation rules for Keywords, but Keyword can only be 1 condition. It would be nice if you could have multiple keyword conditions and use the AND operator to require all keywords be present to trigger the automation rule.
Hi, can't you use REGEX?
Thank you! Yes, you can use regex and that would work. However, not all users/admins will know the proper Boolean/ syntax to use with regular expression. So this is not a missing capability, it is possible to do within the application today with regex. Just a request to have a simpler option for customers to try to make it easier.
Also, it would be helpful to have a checkbox to enable/disable case sensitivity. If the Keyword condition, or the RegEx option within it, has a way to ignore case, I did not find how to do it.
