Today you can build Automation rules for Keywords, but Keyword can only be 1 condition. It would be nice if you could have multiple keyword conditions and use the AND operator to require all keywords be present to trigger the automation rule.

I need to tag certain (not all) After-Hours requests that come in as incidents. However, the keyword arrives later in a comment, not in the original request. Using automation rules, how I can I search for (and therefore act on) a new comment for a keyword?
I am unable to create more than one condition when searching for keywords. I want to be able to setup rules that look for more than one keyword. I am not sure how to use multiple search terms.
I Just found out that when I name a Component "Status" in an application template it failed to execute "Pipeline Status" works. Does anyone knows other Keywords which should not stand alone in a component name?
In the older advanced alert manager there was no search ability...which became a pain when you have hundreds of alerts and you need to find a specific alert or group of alerts. I was hoping that the new web based alert manager had that functionality but alas it does not. We need the ability to search (and group) alerts…
