Add the ability to add custom fields (like a dropdown or multipick list) to time entries and then the ability to view Time Centric time tracking reports by those fields. Also add the ability to filter by the Category of the ticket in Time Centric time tracking reports.
Example:
- Add a custom dropdown field to time entry for Facilities tickets with choices of: Travel, Repair, Maintenance
- View how much time is spent in each of those "time types" for only tickets with the category of "Facilities"
