I got a ticket from an automated system, and closed the ticket with a note like "No action necessary." When I close out the ticket, it sends an email to the other system saying that the ticket was closed. When the other system receives the email, it puts a note in their system and sends a response email saying that the note was received, and that email triggers my ticket to re-open.
This is an endless loop that I cannot escape from unless I turn off ticket closure emails system-wide. I literally cannot close this ticket.
It would be nice if I could say "don't send an email response" when closing the ticket, instead of turning off those closure emails system-wide.
