When you mass update tickets, adding comments to all of the tickets is not an option. When there's a major incident and we 50 of the same tickets it would be nice to update them with new comments, all at once. You can change the state to resolved but there's not an option to add a text resolution. It would be nice if both of these things were possible. I do know how to update tickets related to a parent ticket so maybe that's not required (although nice to do it all in one place) but the comment one is very important.
