Would It be possible to add a updated by (to show the last user name who updated the ticket) as a column in the filters view
Please add the ability to define the row color of each incident based on the incident priority. While customizable, the default colors could be: * Critical priority incidents would have a row background color of light red in the incident list * High priority = orange * Medium = yellow * Low / None = white
When you mass update tickets, adding comments to all of the tickets is not an option. When there's a major incident and we 50 of the same tickets it would be nice to update them with new comments, all at once. You can change the state to resolved but there's not an option to add a text resolution. It would be nice if both…
