Ability to mass update tickets with track time entry and have automation rules add track time entries e.g. system generated alerts become closed via automation rule to add a track time of 1 minute with description of system generated.

When you mass update tickets, adding comments to all of the tickets is not an option. When there's a major incident and we 50 of the same tickets it would be nice to update them with new comments, all at once.
