Several of my clients have commented that when they log into the help desk and view the job history section there is no option to search for jobs via a date range. Unless you know the job number it is really hard to find a job, you basically have to show all jobs and scroll to the relevant time period which is quite time consuming and not what a client is willing to do.
I believe that this needs to be added to the History Search page.
Most of our clients have different staff for the main contacts and the accounts team so accounts do not receive the emails every time a job is worked on hence the need to see what's been done before they approve payment for the work.
