It would be helpful if we were able to customize the information displayed in email subject lines when a ticket is created or updated. As is, the beginning of the ticket's subject line displays following the ticket number, but often the beginning of the subject line is not what we'd like to know. If we were able to select one of our custom fields to follow the ticket number, we could select "Project Name" (for example) to follow the ticket number, making browsing for the correct ticket email update much easier.
