I'm currently working on improving the branding of our email notifications in SolarWinds. I've created a HTML layout that uses both normal HTML and SolarWinds system email variables.
However, it appears that HTML customisation is not currently supported in the header, footer, or body sections of the templates. I've searched through the available documentation but haven't found any guidance on this.
I’d like to request support for inserting custom HTML into these areas of the email templates and sections. This would greatly improve our ability to deliver branded, professional communications to our users.
