A small CMS to create a service catalogue in the regular user section of the interface (after logging in) would be great. In my opinion, this is the only thing missing in this software. Perhaps there could be a 6th tab at the top for a regular user and this could be the service catalog section, perhaps this could be the default page?. Currently a user will be brought to the Requests section immediately after logging in. Sometimes through the Service Catalog, the user will find they don't need to open a ticket as there is another process, or they are in the wrong area or department.
