Currently there is no view for Storage Serial Numbers when looking at the Computer through the use of the SolarWinds Service Desk Discovery Agent.
This would greatly assist with running inventory reports.
Even looking through the API, there is no field available for Serial Number as there might have been an off chance it was located in the API and not on the Asset Computer Item page.
This is a feature request to allow the agent to provide serial numbers from the local machine into SolarWinds Service Desk.
