We have an issue with the recent automated Approval Reminders feature (https://thwack.solarwinds.com/products/solarwinds-service-desk-swsd/b/news/posts/may-18-release-for-solarwinds-service-desk-customized-runbook-fields-approval-reminder-notifications-and-general-release-of-broadened-search-scope-for-generated-suggested-solutions) where our technicians Close the Incident but not the Process tasks/approvals, so the Approvers continue to receive the Approval email notifications.
While it is best practice to stop the Process before Closing or Aborting the Incident, this doesn't always happen. Can we get a toggle to disable Approval Reminders on Closed and Aborted Incidents?
