Webdesk is clearly most commonly used by IT departments within organisations, and in IT, we deal with a lot of 'projects' that require ongoing task completion and multiple technicians. Some projects can span over months/years.
Currently, WHD doesn't provide the necessary means to create Projects and track them over longer periods of time. Having the ability to assign tickets to multiple technicians would be a great start, which I know WHD are wanting to implement, but it would also be great to have Projects implemented in the Calendar feature.
This would allow departments to use WHD as their main tool for task and resource management. Currently, we are having to utilise other software services/programs that offer project planning tools, which is inconvenient and inefficient. We would love the calendar to reflect more information found in tickets, such as urgency, ticket overview, time it has been open, etc, Having the ability to view the entire departments progress would be great as well (not just tech groups - all groups)
