It would be convenient to have a toggle option to expand or collapse all Form Logic items and Processes in a Service Request. So we can condense process and logic titles to a single line per or expand all with a click. This would help when searching through complex Processes or Form Logics.

Why are the Categories for tickets restricted to two layers deep? I propose you increase the depth available of the Category from 2 to 3 layers deep (one additional subcategory level). This will give us more granular reports and enable more precise analytics.

It would be nice to be able to select more than one dept. or location group when assigning ticket request types or FAQs to specific audiences. Allowing more than one dept or location group would simplify assignment and selection in instances where organizations are sorted out into many departments.
