Once a Service Request is in use, there is no way to make draft changes to variable fields and processes and test those before making them live on the production Service Request. Currently the only option is to take the entire Service Request 'offline'/put in draft state if you don't want users to encounter half implemented changes.
It would be helpful to be able to draft changes to the Service Request, preview and test those changes and them 'commit' them to the production form.
