Let me start with a use case scenario:
There is an incident or a service catalog item with several tasks.
For example:
Request: Setup for Meeting in Room X
Tasks:
1) Open doors
2) Set up A/V, Microphones
3) Close doors
4) Shut down A/V, set microphones to charge
Each of the tasks needs its own reminder for the personnel assigned to that task. For example: The day before the meeting: Set up microphones, 8AM on the day of the meeting: open doors, 4PM on the day of the meeting: close doors, etc
Currently, there is no way to specify time in the reminders, just days. This would be a very helpful feature to have.
