As a company our Techs earn bonuses on the time they log for clients. They must achieve a minimum time per day and get rewarded if they exceed the number. However there is no easy way to see the daily total. Running a full billing report tends to slow the help desk down and when multiple people run it at the same time its even worse.
However having a small widget on the dashboard which totals the hours done that day would be supremely helpful. It would need to only show billing time (Time blocks with a dollar value against it so that $0 time is not counted). Or else have the option to choose which billing level to use.
So in Summary, I'm looking for a widget our Techs can add to their dashboard which allows them to see the daily total hours they've done so far today.
