Currently Notifications cannot be suppressed for a specific ticket. For example I create a ticket for a high level exec. They do not need to be notified of every little item throughout the life of the ticket. Would be nice to have a tick box I can check to suppress notifications. Only real way to do that now it to shut it off, which impacts all the other tickets, or assign the client as myself then at the end before resolving switch to the real client.

My name is Aaron from the SolarWinds Service Desk Support. Thank you for contacting the SolarWinds Service Desk.
I can confirm that this will have to go as a feature request. There is currently no option to suppress specific notifications since the notifications are controlled by the global settings in Setup > Service Desk > Notifications.
Please let me know if you have questions.

At times we may create a ticket for a user however do not want them to be bothered with notifications. For example while we prep a new laptop for them. They do not need to be receiving updates all through the process. I do not see any way to do this when creating the ticket. I realize the user can turn off notifications however then they will not have notifications for the tickets they do want to be notified on. Is there no way to suppress notifications on select incidents only?
