While you currently can create a group for a static set of users, this particular feature request would specifically allow you to pick multiple users, randomly, from within the incident when doing the @mention function.
There are many times that the set of reference users is not the same depending on the incident circumstance and it would be nice for the @ to invoke the list of users in alphabetical order that would allow you to scroll through, clicking on each name to add them to the mention list and then once finished with the set of names, simply click out of the list to close it.
