Option to keep the assignee manager as a receiver so that they can receive the notification

Customer having the below concern:

"I am trying to create an automation rule that is to send a notification to an assignee and their respective manager.
I do not see an option to keep the assignee manager as a receiver, please assist.
There is no option to keep an assignees manager to receive the notification. Is there a workaround?
For every agent, they have their respective managers defined. So, I need a dynamic placeholder for manager so the notification can be sent to respective assignee and respective manager
From the dropdown you can see there is only assignee and requestor."

Up voting this. With the addition of the satisfaction survey as a trigger point for in automation rules - having the ability to choose [ Incident Assignee's Manager ] as the target for a notification would be the best case on the administration side. Current state, we would have to configure multiple rules with a lot of condition sets to capture this in an automation way to go to specific people. And then as new employee's/managers come and go - you then have to administrate more to update the rules. Where just the target off the assignee's manager/reports to would be 1 rule to capture all negative responses. would be a great quality of life for this most recent release.
