Dear all,
in the service request it would be really important to have the possibility to allow different users to complete all the information in a custom form in different moments.
Eg.
IT/HR On boarding process:
- Request triggered by the HR dept with the basic information of the new employee
- Hardware/Software requirements inserted by the functional leader in the same form
In this scenario a task might be in charge of a Requester, the Functional manager to complete the information in the form in a specific amount of time
I have other different IT service request that might work like this.
