Since changing to the Web Help Desk we have had several of our clients request a summary of work done over the previous billing period. This is something we were able to provide on our last system but not with the Web Help Desk.
Basically I need to have a report between a set date range which shows a single client/location. Then under that it shows every job number and how much was billed for all jobs that were closed for that client. Being able to see which Tech worked on that job would be really handy as well.
You can see something similar if you run a "Billing Report by Technician", then in the summary you can click on the number in the "Tickets" column.
This shows you all the tickets which make that number. Obviously though this becomes very messy when you have multiple Techs as most clients only want a single list in data order.
I hope this makes sense as it's sometimes a bit tricky to describe.
