I'd like to create an automation that triggers when a new ticket comes in and is not automatically assigned, so I can send a notification to a list of users.
Currently, there is no option for "Assignee is blank" for me to act on. I tried using "Assignment Date/Time" is not within the last day, figuring that once it is assigned it would set that variable, but if it wasn't assigned it might trigger. But that didn't work. Again, "Assignment Date/Time" also does not have a "blank" option.
So currently, there is no way for me to do automation based on the creation of a ticket that is not automatically assigned.
