I'm trying to create a ticket that forks into multiple tickets. I can see the most obvious way of doing this would be through an action rule triggering a task, but I don't think you can transfer data between tickets. That would be a very useful feature.
i.e. dynamically assigning the client based on the original ticket. Grabbing custom fields data from the original ticket.
Even duplicating the original ticket would be very useful as if it could be created and then be modified with action rules.
