End users rarely include the details we need to proceed with a request, so we have built out some nice service request forms that capture that info. However, the majority of our users are still using email, so we still end up with multiple messages back and forth, just to get the information required to complete that task
It would be nice to be able to fill out only the information available in the ticket, then have it send an email to the requester to fill out the rest of the service request. The email would contain a link to the service request form for that request. The request would remain in a waiting status until the form is completed.
This would help expedite getting responses back from users by requiring them to provide the required fields as opposed to sending them 3 questions and only getting the answer to one.
