Delete Recipient Email address with accidental ?

I was copying email addresses into Recipients of the Email action and realized after the fact some of the emails had the less than/ greater than symbols surrounding it. When I went back to delete them, it doesn't show up, but only has the trash icon. When I click the trash icon, it just compacts into a dot, and it won't let me continue on to save the action. Has this happened to anyone else?

I just tried, but I can't seem to get the same results.

Without further details, I'm guessing it's the UI rendering the < and > symbols to possible "tags" in HTML.

You didn't mention your version of the platform, but on 2024.1, it doesn't look like what you are describing is happening...

We're at 2023.1. I'm able to recreate it. First picture shows 3 emails, where email 2 had the <>. It can be visible when I move forward from the Recipient section.

When going back to edit, email2 doesn't show, but has the trash icon:

So I try to delete email2 and hit Next to save, but it won't go further because it errors out:

That's not good. I'd open a support case because I think there's something amiss. Worst case scenario, they do into the database and remove these erroneous entries. You should 100% NOT do this without support on the line.
