I have added some custom fields in change custom form.
I make all of them as mandatory field and also click on "Show in Portal". But, still they are not showing on Change portal while creating new change.
Hello there @abhishek-robomq .....in order to see the custom fields, please create the Dynamic Form Rule to Show the custom form. Setup > Service Desk > Dynamic Form Rule and click the plus sign in the top right. Enter a name for the rule, choose Change from Scope, click the plus sign to choose Action, name the Action Show Changes, and Action = Show Form / Form = Name of your Custom Form (Changes in your example). Click Add Action and then Create. You should see the custom fields in your Change record.
