I am currently the manager or level tech for all request types. When I go to the Group Tickets tab I do not see all the tickets that are listed as part of the groups I am assigned to. Is anyone else having this issue? Can you provide some support on how to make this work better?
Hello, Currently I have over 400 clients that are all showing as "inactive". I was wondering if there was an easier way to change these all back to active, as the admin, without having to do it manually for each client? Any help is greatly appreciated.
