I have been getting an error message when sending ticket e-mails to clients and techs. I have tried the solution instructions in https://support.solarwinds.com/SuccessCenter/s/article/Error-message-in-outgoing-emails?language=en_US to no avail.
Tickets are saved successfully, but e-mails are not sent to users. The message i get is "Could not create transport for E-Mail messages: 535 5.7.3 Authentication unsuccessful"
