When using WMI discovery the asset type is changed from desktop,laptop, tablet etc to Hardware even though the "do not overwrite value" box is checked.. This is highly annoying !

Hi, I just want to know if there is a size limit for all attachments that can be attached to a single ticket. We can set the maximum size per attachment, is there a way to limit the total size of all attachments per ticket. Thank you.
Hello, I'm currently working on a new request type in WHD, and I was wondering if there was a way to reorder the way the fields appear in the Client View. For example, I would like the location field to be located higher up in the ticket, so that it is easier to see for clients.

My WHD License says that I have purchased it for 1 Tech only. What does it means ? Can I only create 1 user account ? Can any number of users login using the same account at one point of time ? Can I install WHD on multiple servers using the same license ? It's all so confusing please someone explain it to me :(
