Some of our users are reporting that when they select "Add Note" in the email notification that they receive, a new ticket is created. I started to download 12.7.6 today and received this pop-up message: Server for Windows 64-bit, Warning- A rare DB migration issue has been detected in version 12.7.6, effected customers should contact support. A hot-fix will be soon be ready I don't see a hot-fix. Should I wait to upgrade?
Updates for WHD have been trickling out from solarwinds at a pretty slow pace for the past several years. Will there ever be a new release? The cost for software support is pretty high to only get security fixes. Thanks for any info!
