Show Tech Note Work Time in Email Updates
I would like to include the tech time in the email updates that get sent out. Right now it sends the tech note date, name, and text. Is there a way to include the work time on these?

Ticket report not showing notes for all tickets
* We generated a report from an advanced search of "subject" * We generated a pdf * pdf showed "notes" for ticket if the ticket had notes. * we updated all tickets without notes to include note * We generated a pdf - none of the notes included today show up in report. Suggestions?
Add a Note in the Help Desk email notification creates a new ticket instead of adding it to existing ticket
Some of our users are reporting that when they select "Add Note" in the email notification that they receive, a new ticket is created. Status on WebHD 12.7.6 upgrade
I started to download 12.7.6 today and received this pop-up message: Server for Windows 64-bit, Warning- A rare DB migration issue has been detected in version 12.7.6, effected customers should contact support. A hot-fix will be soon be ready I don't see a hot-fix. Should I wait to upgrade?
WHD 13?
Updates for WHD have been trickling out from solarwinds at a pretty slow pace for the past several years. Will there ever be a new release? The cost for software support is pretty high to only get security fixes. Thanks for any info!
