How back... to WHD Free version

Hi friends!

I had the free version of WHD 12.7.4 installed
Found information that there is version 12.7.6 with fixes.
Then downloaded and installed the new version, however did not notice that this is not a free version and now I am seeing the 14 days Trail version message.
I use WHD too little for a paid license and would like to stay with the free version.
Tried uninstalling Trial versions, deleted all possible WHD directories but still see Trail version countdown after reinstallation.
Technical support redirected my message to another department and no one is contacting about this, so I think I need to ask for help here.
Can I find help here? What can I do to restore WHD Free without reinstalling Windows?

I would double-check with support to determine if the update you did unlocks all the additional features for 14 days and then reverts to the free version.  You lose a lot with the free version.

If not, you could uninstall the current version and install the free version.
