I am trying to integrate Telegram with Solarwinds alerts and I am not being able to, when I simulate the action I get that failed to execute HTTP request. Could it be that the Telegram api uses some other website in the middle? Because now the permission to the url is ok and it was verified with a sniffer in the firewall.
