Downloading F5 startup config in NCM

Hi All,

Is there anybody here successfully download F5 UCS backup from the NCM?
What I mean by back up is the startup config of F5 devices.

I have trouble in downloading those, can somebody enlighten me? I have followed some documentations but to no avail.
