integrate Monitoring alerts with Telegram

I am trying to integrate Telegram with Solarwinds alerts and I am not being able to, when I simulate the action I get that failed to execute HTTP request.
Could it be that the Telegram api uses some other website in the middle? Because now the permission to the url is ok and it was verified with a sniffer in 
the firewall.

I used to use Telegram for our alerts and have now changed to Slack. I just call an API in my alert. Please show me how you have it currently configured.

Try adding the chat ID in your Body to POST e.g.

chat_id=-1111111111&parse_mode=html&disable_notification&text=alert_name

where can I get that chat_id? Would it be a part of the token?

Let's try to follow these steps:

1. Add your bot to the Group, and how to get the chat_id

Copy your <bot_token>, replace it in the URL below, then paste the modified URL into your browser. You will see the ID

2. Copy your <bot_token> and <chat_id>, replace them in the URL below, >> Save Change .After that, let's try executing it to ensure everything is working properly

You can test to ensure Telegram is working properly by filling in your <bot_token>, <chat_id> and some <message>. And then paste the modified URL into your browser.
