how do I list in the alert, the nodenames that are down. Currently my alert is only showing me the last node down (that was equal of greater than my counter (2))

It happen that I lost connection to remote site and I receive a lot of alert email about down of every node in the remote site; so there is a possibility to receive only 1 alert if I've more 60% device down in remote site? I need to maintain an email about on single node if I've a specific fault.

Is there a way of monitoring whether Alerting is paused via the "pause actions of all alerts" option? If someone leaves Alerting Paused for too long I would like to know about it.
Is there a way that I can set up an alert to monitor how long the Pause actions of all alerts has been on and then alert if it is for a certain amount of time? I want to stop alerting being muted after the patching window has closed due to people forgetting to resume.
